Our Founder, Dr. Stephanie Belton, is a lifelong advocate for persons with disabilities and local businesswoman who saw a need for additional medical care and counseling services for families and individuals with Developmental Disabilities (DD) in the West Valley area.
In 2019, Stephanie became CEO of The Servant Group, LLC (TSG) a private healthcare company that works with members who are both medically fragile and developmentally delayed and grew it into a successful business.
Her work is driven by compassion and Christian beliefs to provide exceptional medical care and quality of life to each member (TSG). Dr. Belton understands that high quality of life requires far more than crisis management and keeping families "off the ledge". Her goal through her outreach is to help these families enjoy and obtain a high quality of life by not just accepting but fully embracing the challenges of family members with DD.
